Darren and Vicki undertake a significant amount of work in the regulatory and data protection fields, as this is an area of law that is growing. They provide advice and assistance to some heavy weight clients from international companies to local start ups in relation to these fields of work. Advisory as well as litigation advice and representation can be provided.
Both Darren and Vicki are qualified Data Protection Practitioners (GDPR) and each of Hazel and Vicki hold certificates in Anti Money Laundering. In addition they undertake regular training in these fields due to the fast paced nature of the legal changes, to ensure that they remain up to date and current in the advice offered.
Both Darren and Vicki, assisted by Matt, have been engaged in large scale advice and representation in relation to defending regulatory offences and avoiding prosecution in relation thereto. They work closely with the FSA, FIU and ECU in seeking to reach the best possible outcome for their clients.
